The IOT sensor can be wired with 1 or 2 standard momentary or on/off mains rated switches which operated as fully functioning DALI-2 switches. The illustrations below show typical wiring when adding a switch to a smart sensor.
- By default (unaddressed) the switches will target a broadcast control.
- Where switch 1 is provided the default setup is a push button control (momentary) and performs the action of a push button dimmer (on/off/dim up/dim down)
- Where switch 2 is provided the default setup is a push button control (momentary) and performs the action of a colour dimmer (warmer/cooler)
- With the express app the switches can have their targets changed to target a DALI group
- The switches commands will be sent over the DALI wired network (DALI only devices) or the Wireless network (wireless only devices) or both the DALI wired network and the wireless network (wireless devices with DALI wired interface)
